Meet The Chef

My passion for cooking started at an early age.  Pretending to be my grandma's little sous chef while she cooked her famous Sunday dinners or the energy and love from family as we gathered around a massive pot of gumbo.  Food is much more than just an energy source; it's our common denominator that binds us all. 

I am able to share that same feeling of love and compassion through the food that I create.  Let me share that with you!!
